Hi Rosie,

Thank you SO MUCH for helping us with our home purchase in Surprise AZ. Since I'm a realtor in Oregon I'm probably more cautious about working with another realtor than some people might be. After spending a few days with you looking at various homes in Surprise and Anthem, I had total faith in your assessment of what Linda and I were looking for. Each day when we would view the available homes I was confident in your knowledge of the areas we were interested in. When we found the "right" home, you were very prompt and gave us an accurate opinion of the property. 

Since we live out of state, it does tend to create a hurdle for all of us when it comes to making a decision as important as buying a house. It IS a big purchase and we felt completely comfortable buying the home based solely on your photos and opinions.

We actually were able to close the transaction in under three weeks. I know from experience that this is unusually quick. Things could not have gone smoother. mainly due to the fact that you had lined up the inspections and escrow information in a timely manner.

We are happy and excited about our home purchase and couldn't be happier with our new friend/realtor in Arizona, Rosie Oblinger. We LOVE our new home too!

Lisa and I knew that we wanted to move to the Phoenix area and like most people we started to look at homes on the Internet.  There seemed to be just as many realtors as homes.  So how does one choose?  I went through at least four realtors before finding the best.

The first realtor was nice but didn't know her way around the west valley and only showed us homes at the very top of our price range.

The second talked way too much and didn't listen to what my wife and I were looking for in a home, he got the square footage and price range right but that was all.

The third sent us all the school and area attractions for Phoenix and then was too busy to keep in touch, we were lucky to look at one listing a week!

Lastly I thought we had the right one but he wanted us to narrow the search to exactly what we wanted...I like being flexible.

This brings me to our last realtor ever!  Rosie, you are the best! You were polite, punctual, observant and a true professional.  I sent my wife out to look at homes because I had to work and asked if you could look after her because we had no contacts in Phoenix.  You said no problem and that she'd be in good hands. Lisa came back raving about her experience looking at homes; you even took her shoe shopping.  It was if you've been friends for years.  You listened to what we wanted, you observed the style, layout and amenities we were looking for, and when it was time to deliver, you did.  You even went behind the scenes to ask what would it take to buy the home we wanted.  All I wish is that we knew more people locally, because everyone we do know knows about our great realtor and best of all a new friend.

We have so much to thank you for, where to start?  You have made such a positive impact on our lives in the last year.  In October of 2004 you helped us find and purchase a lovely condo for Jim's Mom.  It is the perfect fit.  You dealt with all the family input very well.  Then not even a year later you helped us sell our home and found us the perfect home.  It was difficult trying to please Jim and his Mom, but even more difficult when you have to please me.  Your customer service is excellent; you always answer the phone with a smile, you had all the answers to my many questions.
